It's been awhile since i last posted and i'm sorry for that.

Before yesterday i had never been bitten by a dog. This is strange because i do a lot of things with dogs. I own two and for two summer's i volunteered/worked at The Petz Plaza, a hotel for cats and dogs. In that time i stepped in about 50 piles of fecal matter, was attacked by two cats (schmoopie and Mr. T.), peed on, and snapped at by little yip yip dogs. I feed dogs for a group of people when they go out of town also and for the past 18 days i have been feeding dogs for one of my mom's friends. She has 7 dogs and they are quite a handful however they are all tame and fairly sweet. one of her neighbor's, however, owns two dogs. They apparently spend no time with the animals because the dogs act like they never interact with people. As i was getting into the backyard to feed two of the dogs i made sure this animal did not run into the yard. A few minutes later my mom decided to come into the yard and wasn't as careful. The border collie mix ran in, ran around the yard a few times, ran up to me and stared. I looked at him for about five seconds when he then lunged at my face. I shoved my arm between the two of us as a sacrifice and moved with the dog to minimize the damage. Luckily he had had his shots and he broke the skin but not very badly. We simply threw a tennis ball out of the yard and the wild dog chased it.

I've really gotten hooked on flickr.
I just think it's really cool to be able to post photos online and to look at other people's pictures. I've really started to "campaign" by joining groups and making a lot of comments on other's good shots. The picture above is my favorite photo taken but i've only had 4 views. One of my other pictures has 162 views and i have not posted it anywhere. Sofar no one that i don't know has chosen one of my pictures as their favorite but i'm not losing hope. I've obtained my camera from my dad's and i've almost finished my first roll of film. You can view my photos by clicking the picture but it won't be shown as a view unless your a member of flickr so don't do it to boost my ego.

It has been exactly one year since my first date with Robyn, it was about right now that i was finally conjuring up the courage to attempt to put my arm around her.
It's been a great year, we've really gone a far way since then, i'm so comfortable with her and i'm most myself when i'm with her. Last night was her homecoming and as you can see she looked absolutely beautiful, i would not be exaggerating in saying that the best looking girl in the room was my date. I'm hoping this relationship will last a lot longer but i'm waiting for Robyn to realize how much better she can get than me. I know i'm going to get in trouble for the post but it's alright.
I didn't get her a gift because we didn't start dating till dec. 18. This may seem confusing to some but in this day and age you can be going steady with someone without "dating" them. "dating" means you are boyfriend and girlfriend. so i don't have to get her anything until the 18 of December.

i really haven't posted in awhile but i'm coming up on a year since i first began my blogging career and i'm still going, i wouldn't say going strong but at least i'm going. I recently purchased adobe photoshop elements. This is a program for photography but i haven't really figured it out yet but if you give me time i'll get it. This picture above is an example of the things i am able to do. I'm not really that into photography but my dad bought me a really nice camera four years ago and i wanna see what i can do with it. I went out to his house to get it and i took some really good shots, the next day, however, i discovered the lack of film in it. The digital camera has spoiled me. i'll start posting my own pictures on flickr once i get some developed but for now you can enjoy the mission trip photos.

Forced out

I'm going through a state of constipation. I really want to blog, i feel like i have to blog but nothing will come out when i try to blog. So here is something i decided a few weeks ago

You may have noticed on my blog where there was once pictures there are now blank white spaces. I have decided that i will dedicate my flickr account to only photographs i take. In order to do this the smart thing to do would have been to make all the ones i didn't take private.Without thinking i deleted all of the pictures which took away the photos on my blog. It's alright though because if you haven't seen these pictures yet you don't deserve to see them.
